Conditions of Entry — Summary

Before you submit

This exhibition runs under PSA and FIAP patronage. These are highlights only — entrants should read the full Conditions of Entry and PSA/FIAP rules before entering.

JPEG only, uploaded via photolovers.org. Titles up to 35 characters, in English alphabets.
Original authorship required — every visual element must be the entrant's own work; AI-generated imagery is not permitted.
No watermarks or copyright text visible on any submitted image.
No repeat entries — images previously accepted in any Photolovers Circuit cannot be resubmitted.
Ethics list check — entrants on the PSA, FIAP or FIP penalty/red lists receive no acceptances or awards, and fees are non-refundable in that case.

Titles must be consistent across all PSA exhibitions — no camera file names, no identifying details.
Nature & World in Focus sections follow the PSA/FIAP Nature and World in Focus definitions respectively.
Target acceptance rate is capped at 30% per section, per PSA guidelines.
Reproduction rights for exhibition-related media (including low-resolution web use) are granted to organisers by entering.
Judging is offline in Indore on colour-calibrated displays, at 100% resolution, across four distributed rounds.
